Step 1: Application
Fill out our on-line application form and officially throw your hat into the ring!
Step 2: Interview and Training
This is your opportunity to meet in person with our staff. We’ll get to know you so that we can identify a Little that will be a great fit. This is also an important time for you to learn more about the program and your role in the relationship.
Step 3: References and Background Checks
Part of making a great match means getting advice from your friends, co-workers and family. They provide great insight to our matching process. As always, we do complete a number of state and national background checks to honor our parents’ trust in our process.
Step 4: Matching
Once the above steps are complete, we begin identifying a Little Brother or Little Sister based on compatibility. We will discuss the Little we believe to be a great fit with you and then set a time for an introduction to your new Little and their family.
Step 5: Match Support
Once you are matched with your Little Brother/Little Sister, one of our Match Specialist will provide ongoing support, feedback, training, encouragement and child safety supervision to all matches, through monthly Match Support Contacts via the phone or in-person, for the entire duration of you match!
